If you are looking for a special place where everything is in harmony, a place where you can relax and regain your spirits, a place where you can savour authentic and forgotten flavours all you have to do is visit the Albero della Manna which is located on the northern coast of Sicily. It is nestled in a perfect location between the sea and the mountains like a rare pearl, at the foot of Tindari overlooking the Aeolian Islands. This splendid location will make you feel like you are in a play written by our very best Sicilian authors in which they describe the beauty of Sicily so perfectly. It is here that the sea breeze harmoniously blends with the colours and scents of the countryside: orange blossom, Rosemary, lavender, Scotch broom and honey. The centuries-old manna ash tree, a symbol of prosperity, which lends its name to our company, stands high above the centenary olive groves and creates shade with its heavy foliage for those who wish to relax underneath it while admiring the olive trees which in autumn bear their “blonde gold”.
Our company born from the love, passion and dedication of its founder; a doctor but above all a conscientious and dedicated mother, whose main objective is to offer genuine and healthy products. She personally deals with the hard-working bees that explore the uncontaminated meadows bestowing us with their precious honey, extracted from the beehives which she tends to lovingly with knowledgeable hands. The preserves, and all our products that we make available to our customers, come from our fields which are cultivated using no chemicals and produced following the most ancient traditions, with the sole aim of completing the whole production with our own raw materials, knowing that this is the only way to be certain that there is nothing harmful in our products. The splendid location does all the rest, but this is a gift form mother nature herself, who has blessed us with a mild climate, light and delightful breezes and magical views… there is nothing left to add apart from inviting you to come join us in our little piece of paradise!
With great joy our millefiori honey has been awarded in the prestigious national competition "Grandi Mieli D'Italia, Three Gold Drops of the Giulio Piana prize".
In spite of the bad weather conditions that have reduced production and quality to the lowest level, our millefiori honey, produced in an oasis of ecology and sustainability, respecting Mother Nature, has also been awarded the Grandi Mieli di Sicilia award. Thank you so much!
