Our biscuits are made from traditional, Sicilian, stone ground wheat which is produced locally mixed with hazelnuts and almonds. Our biscuits are distinctive due to the wholesome ingredients used and the fact that they are all handmade which makes them high quality pastries.
ALMOND PASTE BISCUITS
These typically Sicilian biscuits date back to the Arab-Norman occupation of Sicily. They are made by following one of the oldest traditional methods: finely ground almonds with a ratio of 100 gr of almonds to every 80 gr of sugar), honey, sugar, egg white and flavourings. They are perfect paired with sweet liquors. They are available in: trays of 300 gr (€6,00) and 500 gr (€10,00)Below you can find a list of our products
Our products are sold exclusively online. Larger quantities can be ordered on request. All prices include VAT and only bank transfer or pay on delivery are accepted. Delivery fees are not included and are at the expense of the buyer. For orders over 250 euros shipping will be free. For all other orders shipping costs are 8 euros.
